Strategen's President, Louis J. Busalacchi is a senior corporate executive with over 35 years of experience in component and equipment manufacturing companies. He has developed the skills to coach and implement strategic plans, sales personnel and function development, market channel strategies, niche market and product development programs producing profitable growth and turnaround situations.
He has earned a reputation as a hands-on executive, building empowered winning teams across functional lines. He has developed expertise in general management, long term planning, sales management, acquisition of technology, developing and launching new products, market development, global business, international product licensing and technology transfer, business acquisition and divestiture, engineering services, and sales personnel and function development.

Bill’s 20 years of manufacturing experience in system integration, project management, prototype/product development, writing specifications, machinery design, purchasing and inventory control helps customers increase efficiencies and throughput. Bill has helped organizations of every size, from very small to some of the largest in the world grow and develop. In his work with General Motors, Worldwide Facilities Group for example, Bill fulfilled the role of General Manager, Project/Sales Engineer and System Integrator for an in-house machine design and build group. On the Strategen team, Bill helps management and engineering departments increase their quality, innovation and speed.
